Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Montrose London purchase.

Due to the hygienic nature of false eyelashes, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@montroseoflondon.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for fulfilment. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
